Do I have to switch CRMs to use Gable?

No. Start with the Quote plan and keep the CRM you have. Gable measures, prices and gets the proposal signed, then you can bring sales, production and the field team over when you're ready. Nothing you've set up is lost when you upgrade.

How do roof designs work?

Order a design on any property with a confirmed roof pin. The AI result arrives in seconds, and a designer checks it in about 15 minutes. You or the homeowner can edit it, and all of it counts as one design for that property. Already have reports from another roof measurement provider? Upload them to the property and price from them the same way.

How does usage billing work?

Each plan includes roof designs and fair-use AI. Texts, calls, the AI voice agent and extra designs are paid in credits: one credit is $1. Buy credits ahead, or pay with your monthly invoice. Bought credits never expire, and admins can give each company or branch its own monthly budget.

Do you charge per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, and crews on the Field app are free.

Can I use my own prices?

Yes. Enter your own costs for every material and labour item, or connect your own ABC Supply or SRS account to price each quote live at your branch. You can mix both.

Will Ridge or the voice agent do things without asking?

Not unless you let it. Everything starts as a draft for you to approve. Admins choose, per role, what may run on its own, and every action keeps an undo. The voice agent always says it's an AI.

Does Gable work in Canada?

Yes. Provinces, postal codes, GST, HST, PST and QST, Canadian dollars on Canadian proposals, and Canadian lenders are all supported.

Do you handle insurance work?

The insurance restoration add-on orders reports your carriers accept, tracks claim details and helps build supplements. Gable works alongside Xactimate rather than replacing it.

What does setup involve?

We set it up with you. In a guided session we add your company and offices, your price book and packages, your proposal template and your sales agreement, so your first proposal can go out the same week.

Can my crews use it without signal?

Yes. The Field app keeps working offline and syncs photos and checklists when the phone reconnects.
